BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Many times I’ve been asked why I started in the world of Operations / Logistics when I finished studying psychology. My experience in the business world is considerable and working in large international companies and with large budgets. But always, there were weaknesses. Where? In the executive implementation of projects, digital transformation, the management of egos and fear, the dynamics of change, the different people that make up a team and both transversal and vertical communication.

 

With new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotization), we add another factor to take into account in this equation. Not only do you need a director to ‘make products’, but you also need to manage your team with the new changes along with a top management focused on new technology.

 

Not only must we focus on purely digital transformation, transformation begins with people. That is why I finished psychology in order to be able to carry out projects and equipment without neglecting the most quantitative and precious side of Operations, the Board of Directors and the dynamics of the General Management.
